Made for basic gluing requirements

Easy is a small and ecological adhesive melter for simple applications with low adhesive consumption and low speed. With a melt rate of 2.5 kg/h, it melts and conveys adhesives in an energy-efficient manner and with the usual reliable Robatech quality. It is particularly suitable for the packaging and converting industry such as: Case erecting and closing, tray packing, horizontal and vertical cartoning, paper bag production, paper cup production, and manual applications with EasyStar, among others

Low carbon footprint

The new Easy melter is one of the smallest adhesive melters on the market today. With only 16 kg, it is even portable for use in different locations. The power consumption to melt and convey 1 kg of adhesive is 45 % less than with the Concept 5 device. Not only does the Easy consume less energy when in operation, but throughout the whole supply chain, less resources are used because there are no options. Production, storage, and delivery are kept as simple as possible.

EasyLine: a perfect match

The Easy adhesive melter is part of the EasyLine together with the Rio heated hose and the Twist adhesive application head. The three products of this line are perfectly matched. However, Easy can also be used with other components. The system is 'Easy' in name and in fact: immediate to setup, simple to install, plug and play, intuitive and elementary to maintain.
