Cibus Tec: inspiring innovation in food and beverage technologies

Cibus Tec is a complete food and beverage technologies exhibition, point of reference for innovations  and trends. An immersive experience of cutting-edge solutions, ingegnous workshops, demonstrations,  built with the sharing of ideas with the Food and FoodTec industries.

What makes Cibus Tec unique? It’s location! Cibus Tec has always been taking place in Parma, the Italian Food and FoodTec Valley where passion for quality food has deep roots and links with the best technologies and know-how.

The roots of Cibus Tec are to be found in the historic Tecnoconserve exhibition, which since its founding in 1939, has promoted the economic and technological development of the food industry and suppliers of processing and packaging solutions.

During this long history, Cibus Tec has built its own exhibition leadership in the processing and packaging technologies for vegetables, fruit, milk and dairy products. The strong renewal of the last decade and the recent strategic agreement with Koelnmesse (organizers of Anuga, Anuga FoodTec, Ism and Prosweets Cologne) have led Cibus Tec to play a leading role among the international industry events and to be considered by the market as the only exhbition in Italy able to offer the full range of technologies for the food and beverage industry.

Cibus Tec is organized by Koeln Parma Exhibitions, the joint venture established in 2015 between Fiere di Parma S.p.A. and Koelnmesse GmbH.
