In a completely automatic way, it applies the lid / cap over the jar and ties it with a string. The machine is adaptable to any type of packaging and product (yogurt, jams, pickles, honey,) and jar materiai (glass, plastic, paper). The size change is simple and takes just a few minutes. Device consists of an inlet conveyor belt, a hot glue application station, an automatic lid placer with pick-up from the warehouse, a system for applying, cutting and tying the elastic thread, and finally a conveyor belt for jars outlet. Everything is controlled by touch screen PLC from which the operator can set and monitor all the machine functions.
