The future is the present!
This is the corporate mindset of IANNELLO INOX which has brought to market yet another innovative project, IAEVOLINE.
IAEVOLINE (smaller model of the IAEVO family) allows the fully autonomous production of 1500 kg/h of products such as: mozzarella, block cheese, pearls, stick cheese and other stretched curd cheeses without the aid of operators.
The IAEVO family plants can produce up to 3,000 kg/h per plant in total autonomy.
They can be integrated with automated cold storage warehouses for the automatic management of raw materials before and the direct loading into the stretching line.
The machine is designed to reduce production costs and above all to avoid contact contamination thus increasing the shelf life of the final product. In fact, the production flow involves the arrival of the raw material directly in the automatic loading area where it will be inspected and loaded into IAEVOLINE undergoing the transformation process and ending directly in the setting lines that lead to packaging.
This is a new revolution for the dairy sector because the raw material arrives through an automatic process (from the draining machine and/or from the automated warehouse) and the finished product comes out packaged, minimizing contamination as well as labor costs.
