DTB bovine head deboning line by Colombini

Colombini srl of Pombiano (Brescia) on the occasion of its 30 years of activity, participates in Cibus Tec 2023 and presents the DTB bovine head deboning line.

“Since 1993 we have been passionately creating special machines for the processing phases between meat slaughter and packaging. The DTB is used in specialised workshops for deboning whole bovine heads, where maximum yield and speed is required.

The DTB system follows the logic of the assembly lines where the different operations are carried out in succession by passing through the product being processed from one end of the production line to the other, similar to a standardised series production process with a predetermined regular cadence.

The underlying objective of the line is to streamline the entire production system in the sense of both minimising material movements and downtime and to specialise workers’ tasks in such a way that each movement is as simple as possible and therefore requires minimal training.

The movement of the line with its machining in the described conformation can be rated at a speed of 3 to 4 strokes per minute.

All stainless steel construction, IP69K stainless steel gearmotors, obstructed and electro-controlled hazardous areas.
