2023 is the year of discussions about plant-based foods, cultured meat, insect flours and, at the same time, functional products labeled as "clean." These are significant and impactful demands for the industry, which not only has to consider the production of these foods but also their sensory aspects (often overlooked) and their sustainability. These topics will be the subject of this meeting, where practical visions, challenges, and opportunities will converge. 
  
Free conference open to all, pre-registration is appreciated. 2 educational credits will be issued to participating Food Technologists.
