Alfatek’s PERFECTA ELETTRONICA filler series is the most modern and innovative expression in the field of liquid or high viscosity products bottling for the beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The application is ideal for all products for which precise filling weight, flexibility, ease and speed of washing and sanitizing are of primary importance.

The technology of PERFECTA ELETTRONICA filling machines is based on the use of flow meters of the MASSICO type, which allows to express the so-called dynamic weight.

The main characteristics of MASS flow meters can be summarized in:

- high filling accuracy;
- no moving parts in the instrument and therefore requires no maintenance.

The main features that distinguish Alfatek fillers of the Perfecta Elettronica series are represented by:

• no tank produced inside the machine, replaced by a simple collector and therefore with a very small volume of product inside the filler;

• filling takes place from the outside of the bottle.

• bottle change operations are extremely simplified and speeded up not having the need to use clamp systems for holding the bottle itself;

• the control of flow meters and all filling operations,  are managed by a standard PLC installed on the machine;

• presence of a tray for collecting and recirculating the washing solution;

• presence of a divosphere in the product supply lung, which ensures an effective  washing and sanitizing procedure;
