Beyond the Glass: Authenticity, Nutrition and Sustainability in Juice Production

Session Overview

This IFU workshop will bring together international experts from the juice industry, academia and technology providers to explore how science, innovation and collaboration can support more sustainable juice production.

The programme will cover the global juice market, advances in citrus juice authenticity, blood orange processing and nutrition, the nutritional value of juices, sustainable processing technologies and the impact of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

The session will conclude with an interactive roundtable, offering participants the opportunity to exchange perspectives on the challenges and solutions shaping a more transparent, nutritious and sustainable future for the juice industry.
