In last years MOCA are taking on an impacting role for the food sector for safety and even the manufacturing companies must comply with specific rules and standards in order to prevent dangers mainly of a chemical nature.

Penalties has accelerated this process and the knowledge of the main regulatory aspects makes it possible not to remain unprepared.
